Was Jesus Wearing a Funny Disguise on the Road to Emmaus?
Why didn't the disciples recognize Jesus on the road? Let's see if we can recognize our friends at Hybrid Sunday School!
On Sunday, April 25 at 11:30 a.m, we will meet both on Zoom and in the church back courtyard for a lesson on Loving God. It would be helpful to know who is planning to use Zoom and who is planning to come to church beforehand.
Please bring a disguise or part of a costume to class and be ready to put it on. It could be last year's Halloween costume, a scarf or hat, a fake mustache, Mom's make-up, or just a COVID mask.
We will also be sharing a special meal to bring our story to life. If you come to church, rice crackers and grape juice will be provided. If you stay home, please bring some crackers and juice to your screen.
